Flax Meal Pizza Crust

Preheat oven 425 degrees
1 1/2 c. Flaxseed Meal
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
1tsp. Dried Italian Herb Blend
1Tbsp. Splenda
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
3 Eggs, beaten
1/2 c. Water
Mix all together. Set aside for a few minutes…it needs to thicken up.
Spread onto Silicone lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven
and top with favorite toppings. Bake for another 10-15 minutes.
***or cut crust into strips for “bread sticks”.
***add garlic and parmesean cheese to the crust for different flavor.
***omit the dried herbs and add cinnamon and nutmeg for a “dessert pizza”. Top with Sugar Free Pudding and fruit.
